昨晚发短信给几个朋友，说：

“知道你的中秋之夜一定被预订了

不能和你花前月下的我深感遗憾”

他们都回了些不咸不淡的节日祝福

我看了倒真的有些遗憾

因为我上面的话是认真的

this kind of festival is the days when friends disappear

and go to their even closer "friends"...

 

于是下班后只好一个人过节

首先，去参观了KPMG的promotion event

纯属无聊、看看热闹

发现他们的event做得真的很好：

会场放在五星级宾馆，布置得很大气；

handout、ppt、vedio等材料简洁明快，我喜欢的风格；

speaker讲话很风趣，不像rehearse过的；

派了很多大大小小的员工跟你做场外交流，还有冰淇淋吃。。。

 

想想bankers, accountants, lawyers, consultants

其实都是care-takers of businesses，实业的保姆

bankers take care of capital raising

accountants take care of auditting and tax

lawyers take care of legal compliance

consultants take care of business plans

作为保姆，要想获得主人的信赖，就一定要懂得装pro：

人要西装笔挺、看起来满脸智慧；

出去的文件不管内容好不好、有没有用，外表也要好看、精美

 

Event结束我晃晃悠悠来到大草坪

挤进人堆听了会儿民乐演奏会

在皎洁的月光下欣赏了丝竹版的《城里的月光》

音乐虽美

只是在举头望明月的时候

知道并没有那个和我千里共婵娟的人

始终未能有所共鸣

回到宿舍，看见我们屋小狗妞妞

在阳台上对月沉思，一副很惆怅的样子

 

最近在给朋友新生的宝贝挑礼物

那些小衬衣、小毛衣、小西装简直让我爱不释手

想象着宝宝穿上该有多帅气多可爱

发现我以后不宜生女孩

因为我会不由自主把她往帅气里打扮

最后给朋友的女宝宝挑的几件全是男婴装。。。

又到了一年一度司考的日子

一直觉得这个考试很BT
因为它要求有限的记忆里储存太多的东西

买菜、择菜、做菜、洗碗，全部亲力亲为

也算是我人生的又一个第一次

青椒炒蛋、洋葱炒火腿、基围虾、红烧肉、冬瓜小排汤、水果色拉、芋头稀饭

虽然样子不大好看，味道都还可以

考生们又累又饿，一气吃了个精光

我本贤惠，不过只让我最亲爱的人们消受，嘿嘿

Professional Billing for Advice

A doctor and a lawyer were attending a cocktail party when the doctor was approached by a man who asked for advice on how to handle his ulcer. The doctor quickly mumbled some medical advice to the man.

Turning to the lawyer he remarked, "I never know how to handle the situation when I'm asked for medical advice during a social function. Is it acceptable to send a bill for such advice?"

The lawyer replied that it was certainly acceptable to do so.

So the next day, the doctor sent the ulcer-stricken man a bill. Imagine the doctor's surprise when he received the lawyer's bill...
